Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Course Outline (10 days)


  • The program “Lean Six Sigma Green Belt” is designed for AAAA Co., Ltd. This course is explained using DMAIC methodology with a lot of case studies. Most of the case studies are solved using Minitab, which is amazing statistical tools. Participants also get to work on a practice project towards the end to ensure that their learnings are put to practice in an end-to-end project.
  • Lean on one side comes down heavily on reducing waste & Six Sigma on other hand is heavy on reducing variation in the process. Training will be driven on Minitab and practical exposure is assured with a classroom project.
  • Quizzes at the end of each topic will set a way to recollect the topics discussed to increase the retention of topics learnt. to provide knowledge and technical using Lean Six Sigma tools and how to use Minitab to collect data, analyse data and decision on data fact.
  • Conduct on five times (2 days- 2 days- 2 days – 2 days – 2 days). And combine with onsite – one job – on one by one Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Project Improvement Supporting and Coaching.

  • Computing skills are essential to every Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Every participant in the program must be equipped with a laptop computer loaded with MS Office

From 2007 – 2009 he spent so much time to research the application of continuous improvement in Viet Nam enterprise with Lean6Sigma during the time he worked for FPT corporation, where he was responsible for research and introducing Lean6Sigma for the whole group, formulate strategies and implement plans Lean6Sigma, recruitment, training and advice to member companies in the group, building structure and standards to guide improvements continue. From 2009 – 2010 he joined in Government Organization is Quality and Testing Center 3, he is Head of Lean6sigma Department.

Up to now, Dieu and other consultants established and build up the Continuous Improvement Consult Joint Stock Company (www.cicc.com.vn ), he is a Chairman and Deputy Director. His Company becomes a partnership with Hirayama Japan, American Society for Quality (ASQ-AUTO), Robinson Consulting Group (USA), URS (Korea) Micon Thailand, Lean6sigma Vietnam Network, and Supply Chain Insight.

Ông Diệu có nhiều năm kinh nghiệm làm việc, đào tạo và tư vấn Lean, Six Sigma, Lean6sigma, Balanced Scorecard, hiện là trưởng nhóm Lean6sigma (Lean6sigma Network) www.lean6sigma.vn, sở hữu và quản lý diễn đàn Leansigmavn, www.leansigmavn.com. Ngoài ra Ông còn là cộng tác viên của tạp chí Lean6sigma Network, tạp chí Quản trị Chuỗi Cung ứng Việt Nam, Thời báo Kinh tế Sài Gòn, và nhiều tạp chí, các diễn đàn trực tuyến khác.

Ông đã thực hiện nhiều khóa huấn luyện từ cơ bản đến trình độ chuyên sâu như “Chuyên gia triển khai Lean, Đai xanh, Đai đen Lean6sigma” cho các tập đoàn, công ty, tổ chức và cá nhân trong rất nhiều các ngành nghề và lĩnh vực khác nhau. Ông cũng được mời thuyết trình trong hầu hết các hội thảo hội nghị liên quan đến cải tiến Năng suất- Chất lượng- Lean, 6Simga . . . trên khắp các thành phố lớn và các khu công nghiệp.

Ông là cầu nối giữa các chương trình hỗ trợ của Chính phủ, Bộ Khoa học Công nghệ, các Sở Khoa học Công nghệ và Chi cục Tiêu chuẩn Đo lường Chất lượng các tỉnh. Các dự án Ông đã từng tham gia như: BIC – Best in Class, Chương trình TQM, Chương trình hỗ trợ thường niên các chi cục TCĐLCL về cải tiên năng suất- chất lượng và các dự án áp dụng triển khai thí điểm Lean, Six Sigma. . .

Ông có kinh nghiệm làm việc và học tập thực tế tại các tập đoàn lớn toàn cầu trong lĩnh vực cải tiến liên tục theo Lean, Six Sigma, Lean6sigma như: Công ty Điện tử Samsung Việt Nam từ 2001 – 2004, tại đây Ông tham gia chính trong việc duy trì và nâng cao hiệu quả sản xuất/kinh doanh theo 6 Sigma từ các thành quả mà các dự án cải tiến mang lại. Với vai trò là điều phối cải tiến toàn thời gian cho 6 Sigma, hệ thống Đề xuất cải tiến, Nhóm QCC, nhóm Đặc nhiệm, TPM, Ông đã hoàn thành chương trình Green Belt và Black Belt tại Samsung.

Năm 2004-2005, ông gia nhập tập đoàn bán sỉ đứng thứ tư thế giới Metro Cash & Carry, chịu trách nhiệm đánh giá và lựa chọn nhà cung ứng và đảm bảo chất lượng hàng hoá phi thực phâm nhập vào các khu trung tâm thương mại của Metro, ông đã thành công trong việc xây dựng chuỗi bào trì bảo hành sản phẩm tại Việt nam cho Metro. Ông đã hoàn thành các khóa học về xây dựng thiết lập và vận hành hệ thống chuỗi cung ứng tại Metro.

Từ 2005 – 2007, ông gia nhập tập đoàn Johnson Controls, một tập đoàn giàu có và hùng mạnh trong Top 100 của Mỹ, trong thời gian này Ông Diệu là người đứng đầu bộ phận cải tiến liên tục, chịu trách nhiệm thiết lập và duy trì cải tiến hệ thống thông qua việc giới thiệu và thực hiện các dự án cải tiến Lean6sigma, đã hoàn thành các khóa huấn luyện mở rộng và chuyên sâu về Lean6sigma kèm theo là triển khai ứng dụng vào thực tế tại JCI Malaysia, Ông cũng đã hoàn thành khóa học Master Black Belt cho các quản lý cải tiến và thực hành tốt nhất tại học viện lãnh đạo Johnson Controls.

Từ 2007 – 2009, ông đã dành rất nhiều thời gian để nghiên cứu việc áp dụng các cải tiến liên tục, đặc biệt là Lean6sigma, Balanced Scorecard vào các doanh nghiệp Việt Nam. Trong thời gian này ông làm việc với tập đoàn FPT, chịu trách nhiệm huấn luyện, hướng dẫn và quản lý các chương trình cải tiến trên phạm vi rộng toàn tập đoàn, đồng thời chịu trách nhiệm nghiên cứu và giới thiệu Lean6sigma, xây dựng chiến lược và thực hiện kế hoạch 5 năm, tuyển dụng, đào tạo và tư vấn cho các công ty thành viên trong tập đoàn, xây dựng cơ cấu tổ chức và tiêu chuẩn hóa các hướng dẫn cải tiến liên tục.

Từ 2009 – 2010, ông tham gia vào Trung tâm Tiêu chuẩn Đo lường Chất lượng 3, trực thuộc Tổng Cục Tiêu chuẩn Đo lường Chất lượng – Bộ Khoa Học Công Nghệ, ở đây ông là trường nhóm Lean6sigma, chịu trách nhiệm đào tạo, hướng dẫn và tư vấn cho các khách hàng của Trung tâm 3 về Lean, 6 Sigma và các công cụ cải tiến tiên tiến khác.

Đến nay, ông là Chủ tịch kiêm Giám đốc Công ty CP Tư vấn Cải tiến Liên tục- CiCC, chịu trách nhiệm tư vấn và huấn luyên Lean, Six Sigma, Lean6sigma, các công cụ cải tiến Năng suất Chất lượng khác như  7 QC, 5S, Suggestion, QCC, KAIZEN, TQM,  . . .TOC, Balanced Scorecard, Tư vấn và phát triển triển khai LeanERP system và hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp trong quá trình tiền triển khai ERP…
